It’s going well. Must say i am proud of myself and looking around and readin other peoples blogs is an inspiration =]

i have 23 more pounds left and i rlly wanna wanna wanna do this for soo many reasons n thinking about gettin to my goal gets me excited  :] … Roll on April-May coz I am going to reach my target!!

 South beach baby thats all i am sayin and the results are amazin … currently at 149 going to 126

5th day … 24 pounds left :]

So it’s the 5th day :) . I’m so proud of myself. To anyone reading this, if I can do SO CAN YOU! The pounds are literally melting away and I LOVE it. To be honest, I never ever thought the south beach diet worked but I can’t fault the results, I literally feel the pounds melting away :) I rlly dont wanna give up & I am not goin to (with motivation & support :) … )

I am looking forward to the day I reach my target yeeeeeeeeah !!

4th day of the South Beach :]

4th day. I cnt believe it, it doesnt even feel lyk i am really trying. i dont have an appetite, not eating a lot of carbs is really helping because when i do eat carbs i tend to eat more but when i avoid them the hunger and all that nonsense lol goes away. I can already feel a difference and it jus feels rlly nice!!

I also need to say I love this site becasue there is a lot of support from people and they genuinely want you to do well as we are all going through the same thing. with that said, good luck to everyone on this site and those who do want to lose weight becasue it can be done, all u need is motivation and a really good goal as to why to lose weight!

again im ramblin on lol so its time I went

 ps 26pounds to lose!! I hope I can do it by May :)

about time

havent rlly got a lot to say but started my journey yesterday and am very determined to make it through to my target weight. I dont want to weigh myself until excatly a month since I started this so erm I am going to try even though I know I am going to be tempted. Neway am goin off the point. I’m 156 pounds also 11.2/3/ stone. I am very short so argh it looks awful :(

I rlly hope I reach my target of 126-128 pounds!! Any advice or help lol?!
